After placing your order or requesting a quote, our team will review your project details, product availability, artwork requirements and timeline. From there, we’ll provide a customized quote and digital proof for approval before production begins.
Once approved, your order moves into production where our team carefully manages every step to ensure quality and accuracy.

High-resolution PSD files may also be accepted depending on the project.
If your artwork is not production-ready, our team can help prepare or recreate it for printing.
Before production begins, you’ll receive a digital proof showing artwork placement, sizing and colors for approval.
Please review all proofs carefully. Once artwork has been approved and production begins, returns cannot be accepted on custom-decorated items unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error.
